What this site collects.

This page is written in plain language, not legal boilerplate. It tells you exactly what is collected on rafaelcassaro.com, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.
Who is behind this site
This website belongs to Cassaro Arts Corp., doing business as Rafael Cassaro Tattooz, a tattoo studio in Boca Raton, Florida. Rafael Cassaro reads the inquiries himself.
What you give me on purpose
If you fill in the inquiry form, you choose what to send. The form asks for name, Instagram handle, email, mobile phone and a description of what you have in mind. Only one way to reach you is required. Everything else is optional, including your name.
That message is delivered to my email inbox. I use it to answer you and to plan the piece with you. I do not sell it, rent it, or trade it, and I do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses two measurement tools. Neither of them receives your name, email or phone number.

If you would rather not be measured at all, browser settings and tracking-blocker extensions stop both tools, and the site and the inquiry form keep working normally.
Who else sees your data
- The form delivery service that passes your message from the website into my inbox.
- Google, for the analytics described above.
- Meta, for the advertising measurement described above.
- My email provider, where your message is stored.
That is the whole list. Nobody buys this data from me.
The studio paperwork is separate
Health history, identification and address are never collected through this website. That paperwork is filled in on the day of your session, in person at the studio, and it is stored in a separate private system that is not connected to this site or to any advertising tool.
If anyone asks you to send health details, a photo of your ID, or your home address over Instagram, text or email, it did not come from me.
How long it is kept
Inquiries stay in my inbox while the conversation is alive and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. Analytics and advertising data expire on the schedules set by Google and Meta. You can ask me to delete your inquiry at any time and I will.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from minors. In Florida, tattooing a minor is restricted by law and I work with adults.
Asking to see or delete your data
Write to contato.rafaelcassaro@gmail.com and say what you want: a copy of what I hold about you, a correction, or deletion. You do not need to explain why. I will confirm once it is done.
Changes
If what I collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no archived version to hunt down: what is written here is what is happening now.
